Start Here Now (Beginners)

This beginner-friendly class is a great place to start if you are a bit unsure about this whole yoga thing, or if it's been a while since you've practiced. Experienced teachers will lead you through a series of asanas (physical postures) designed to help you stretch, release, and strengthen. You do not need any prior yoga experience to benefit from this class. That being said, yogis looking to go "back to basics" to check on alignment, proper set-up in poses, and injury management or prevention might find this class a great fit, too. 

You will practice barefoot, on a mat. Wear any clothing that you are comfortable moving in. No need to bring any equipment. Your mat and props will be set up for you. If you can linger a few minutes after class, we hope you'll stick around to introduce yourself over tea and light snacks.
