Power Flow Focus: Hips

**Join us for one, some, or all classes in our "yoga thing" series. Designed as a toe-dip into a new kind of class, or a deeper dive into a topic you'd like to spend more time exploring, "Yoga Thing" classes are included for members, regular pricing applies for everyone else. **
Join Veteran Yoga Instructor and Co-Founder of SEYC Melissa Katz for this sure-to-be-juicy class:

Our modern lives - especially our work lives - often require us to sit for hours in positions that lead to weakness, tightness, and discomfort in our hips. The first part of this Power Flow practice will focus on asana sequences that strengthen the hip flexors, extensors, rotators, and adductors. We will then move into yin-style, cooling hip openers that improve flexibility and overall range-of-motion in these muscles. We will finish with a relaxing savasana to integrate it all.
