Join Stacey for an afternoon workshop that can help release chronic tension and ease fatigue. Topics will include:

The role of Restorative yoga in self care and stress management
How to use props in a Restorative practice
Yogic tips and tricks to help you stay calm and centered

Sweet treats and iced herbal tea will be served after practice!

Join us for Babywearing Yoga! A special event in honor of babywearing week, this class is free for members of Baby Wearing International of ATL, and open to anyone and everyone else at our regular class prices ($12 drop in rate). Led by Jasmine Bradfield, pre/postnatal yoga teacher and Atlanta area doula, you'll move and connect with your body and baby as you're guided through supportive poses. Receive the gift of deep rest and discover the life-changing benefits of relaxation. This workshop will begin with tea drinking and gentle stretches followed by a guided meditation in a supportive and reclined position. The practice of “Yogic sleep” helps us disengage from the external world so that we can fully replenish our body and mind. Mats, blankets, and props will be provided, but please feel free to bring a journal or any other cushions that will make you comfortable. Sign up here.
